Striker Ahmed Toure grabbed a fine hat-trick as Bechem United walloped Bolga All Stars 4-0 on Saturday.

The Ivorian-born Burkinabe international thus jumps to the top of the scorers’ chart with 12 goals on matchday 23 of the Ghana Premier League. He is closely followed by Nicholas Gyan, who features for Ebusua Dwarfs on Sunday.

Toure scored the first two goals of the afternoon in the 11th and 30th minutes while Maxwell Frimpong, who provided the assists to the former Kotoko man, registered his name on the scoresheet in the 55th.
